Unused rugs in original condition can usually be returned within 7 days. Special orders or custom-size pieces may be excluded. Please contact us to confirm before purchasing.
How should I care for my rug?+
We recommend regular vacuuming without a rotating brush, turning the rug every few months, and using a quality underlay. For deeper cleaning, use our professional rug cleaning service.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept EFT, most major bank cards and secure payment links. Cash payments are available by prior arrangement.
